Our company, Meta-Forgács Kft., is a Hungarian-owned enterprise established in 2004 to carry out machine parts manufacturing and metal machining activities. Our production area covers nearly 2,000 m², complemented by a 500 m² warehouse building for the storage of raw materials, finished products, fixtures, and machine accessories.
Our main profile is the machining of semi-finished products made of carbon steel, cast iron, aluminum, bronze, and other materials. A significant portion of our products is prepared for railway applications, but we are also present among suppliers to the automotive industry. We place great emphasis on building long-term partnerships. For many years, we have been manufacturing our products with consistent quality and dimensional accuracy to the highest satisfaction of our partners.
Our technical team has several decades of experience in the field of machining. Our employees’ work is characterized by a high level of creativity. For our experienced professionals, there is no impossible task or unachievable technical challenge. The design and manufacturing of machining tools and clamping fixtures are carried out by our own specialists, supported by 3D software solutions.
For the inspection of finished products, we are equipped with coordinate measuring machines, a computer-controlled contour measuring machine, and a full range of precision manual measuring instruments.
We continuously strive to expand our technological capabilities. Currently, our employees operate 16 CNC machining centers, 18 CNC lathes, as well as several conventional machining machines. With our equipment, we are capable of machining products ranging from less than 0.5 kg up to 1 ton in weight.
Our company operates under a certified quality management system. Since 2010, we have been certified according to MSZ EN ISO 9001 for metal cutting and metal machining activities. Our system is continuously improved and reviewed annually. We currently hold certification in accordance with the 2015 edition of the standard. In 2022, we implemented the MSZ EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS).
Our objective is to manufacture flawless, high-quality products with short lead times, while meeting customer requirements to the fullest extent possible.
